Ordering

Please read the ordering instructions carefully as the full price of your order and the time frame in which it will be delivered is dependent upon many factors.

In your correspondence please include the quantity requested, item name, size, and color choice. In addition, please give a contact name, phone number, contact address, shipping address, and E-mail address if possible. An order form below contains all the pertinent information for ordering. A representative of The Needle Fairy will contact you to follow up with your request.

A completed size chart, fabric selection, and a 50% nonrefundable down payment must be received before construction of any custom order pieces will commence. Typically, the wait time for custom order pieces is anywhere between 22 wks - 1 yr., dependent upon the availability of your fabric choice and our schedule at the time your order is received. You will be notified as to the wait time.

All of our "Gowns of a Lifetime" are available on a custom order basis only.

For any order placed, accurate measurements of the person to whom the article is for need to be taken. Due to The Needle Fairy's commitment to create clothing that is realistic for the period, measurements need to be included with every order to match the fit of clothing to you. It is highly recommended that a professional tailor or seamstress take these measurements for you. To help facilitate these measurements, the following diagrams will assist you in taking the appropriate measurements. There are two for a female and two for a male. Please make sure that the measurements are taken in inches. To print these diagrams, simply click on the link and then print the image using your browser's print button.

The Needle Fairy accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Certified Money Orders. Please be mindful that the total amount will include shipping and handling fees, along with taxes, if applicable.
 

All postage will be shipped UPS and shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Taxes will be assessed for shipment of goods to the following states:

 Alabama - 7%
Florida - 6%
New York - 8.25% varies
Tennessee - 8.25%

We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possibly. However, please understand that The Needle Fairy does travel around the country attending Renaissance Fairies and that can impact the response time for an order. If your order has some time-limiting factor, please include that in the correspondence and we will try to make every accommodation. We truly appreciate your business and make every effort to ensure that our customers remain happy.
